For custom orders, the personalized process involves modifying existing designs - switching fabrics, embellishments, typical color combinations to suit a client's specific styling needs.
With bespoke work, the team designs, creates samples, crafts and perfects an entirely new design, with every line created specifically off the client's requirements.
Our process
Consultations are held between the Design Team and the client(s). They last a duration of 15 minutes during which expectations, details and the basics of the piece(s). Should further consultation be needed to execute the project, an invoice will be shared with the client, and pending payment, a future date booked.
Sketches depicting the design decisions in detail are shared with the client(s) and can be amended once pre-production.
Particularly for bespoke designs, samples of the piece and its features will be made in-house. Sampling might also necessitate a feedback loop of options and design choices with the client(s).
Delivery TimeFrame
for custom and bespoke projects varies according to the specificity, and complexity of the approved designs.
Typical delivery takes 2 - 7 weeks, but the exact production timeline would be communicated after consultation.
